How To Get A Horse

 This guide is for beginners that has just gotten off the Great Plateau. Horses may be one of the first animals you encounter and are very useful.

This guide will teach you how to get a horse and register it at the stable.

To get on a horse, crouch down pressing the R toggle stick and slowly make your way to the side of a horse. You may need to do this several times because the horse may run away. You can also eat some food that can boost your stealth if needed.

When you get close enough, you can click A to mount it. Once you get on to the horse, repeatedly click L to soothe it. If you have enough stamina, you will get thrown off. If that happens, then either choose a new horse to try out or use stamina boosting foods. 

If you manage to calm the horse down so that it lets you control it, you can ride it to a stable and register it by talking to the stable-man while riding the horse. You will have to pay some Rupees so make sure you have some before you go to register a horse.
