When you look at the start of the trailer for BOTW2, you can see green things floating around. If you look closer, you can see that the green swirls also kind of resembles the marks on Midna's arms, that makes me think of the twilight realm. The music in the trailer also sounds like the the final battle with Zant in Twilight Princess.
